📥 1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

All digital products (including coloring books, printable worksheets, and activity kits) are delivered instantly via email and download link once your order is successfully completed.

  • ✅ Delivery time: Instant (within minutes)

  • ✅ Files are provided in PDF format and ready to print

📦 2. Physical Products (Books, Toys, etc.)

We currently ship our physical educational products to selected international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and more.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • All physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

🚚 Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after processing

  • Some destinations or peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may experience slight delays

📦 Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items from different warehouses, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.
But rest assured — you’ll receive everything you ordered, on time.

🌍 International Shipping Notes

  • Customs or import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

  • We always do our best to ensure smooth international delivery and label shipments appropriately to reduce additional fees
