Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing joyful, educational products that inspire creativity and learning. Because we offer both digital downloads and physical goods, our refund policy is divided into two parts.

🎨 1. Digital Products (Downloads)

All digital products (e.g., coloring books, worksheets, activity kits) are delivered via instant download and are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

🔒 Why?

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file is sent or downloaded, it cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding.

❗ Exceptions:

If you experience technical issues or accidentally purchased the wrong item, please contact us at hello@mydentoys.com within 3 days of your order, and we’ll be happy to assist or offer a replacement if appropriate.

📦 2. Physical Products (Toys, Printed Books, etc.)

We accept returns and refunds for physical items under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return or Refund If:

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • The item is unused, in original condition and packaging

❌ Not Eligible If:

  • The item was used, opened, or not in original condition

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery

🔄 Return Process:

  1. Email us at hello@mydentoys.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)

  2. If approved, we’ll send you instructions for return

  3. Once we receive the returned item in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

💳 Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Then contact your bank
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at hello@mydentoys.com
