Refund Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

General Policy

Returns are not applicable as we encourage customers to keep the item as a special gift from our store.

Procedure for Refund or Exchange:

  1. Request Authorization: Fill in our Request Form and wait for authorization from our Customer Support Team. Please provide all requested information, including attaching photos of the received item, so our team can assess the specific issue with your order.
  2. Approval and Processing: Once we have reviewed and approved your Request Form, we will process a refund for the full purchase price (minus the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your package. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period.
  3. Follow-up on Refund Status: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Contact your bank, as processing time (usually 2-5 business days) is common before a refund is posted.

Note: Mydentoys only accepts responsibility for defects in manufacturing, packaging, and delivery. Issues arising from use due to non-compliance with instructions or unintentional or intentional damage by the customer are not covered by Mydentoys’s Refund Policy.

  1. Unused Products
    • Don’t like the products: Unaccepted
    • Defective on arrival: Free replacement or 100% refund; no need to return the item
    • After 90 days of unused: Unaccepted
  2. Used Products
    • Don’t like the products: Unaccepted
    • Defective within 7 days of use: Free replacement or 100% refund; no need to return the item
    • Defective within 8-90 days of use: Eligible for a new item with a 30% discount
    • Defective within 91-365 days: Unaccepted

Non-Personalized Products

  1. Unused Products
    • Don’t like the products: Unaccepted
